Making a Complaint

You can log a complaint in My Home, or by using whichever contact method is most comfortable for you.

If you just want to let us know about something that's not quite right, or you are a bit annoyed about something but don't want to make a complaint, you can use the Grumble feature, by clicking on the Grumble sprite at the top of the page.
