Who are ista?
ista are a metering and billing company who have been appointed to issue bills for your heating and hot water.
How do ista produce bills?
ista will produce your monthly bills using data remotely collected from a submeter installed in your home. This means you will only be charged for the energy that you use.
Myista
The best way to manage your account is by using the Myista portal. Click the link below to register an account. You will be able to view your balance, make payments, see meter readings and gain further information help regarding your ista account. To set up a Myista account, you will need to register using your account number, postcode and surname.
With Myista you have 24-hour access to your account on any smart device: phone; tablet; laptop or computer.
How can I pay my bill?
There are several ways to pay your bill:
- Myista please follow the link above to create an account. You will be able to view and pay your bills and gain further information regarding your ista account.
- BACS use your online banking to pay your bill on/or before the due date. ista's bank account details will be shown on each invoice along with the amount and due date. Please always include your Account ID number as the reference for your payment
- Direct Debit If you opt for this payment method, ista will automatically collect the amount on the due date shown on your bill.
