Restrict Our Rent Increase to Inflation Only

This means a Rent Increase from April 2026 of 4.3% increase (the October 2025 inflation figure*)

Our Key Tenant Scheme Rent Discounts of up to £360 a year would still be available to every tenant, along with access to Housing Perks Discounts too.

* We measure the inflation rate using the Retail Price Index (RPI) in October each year. The RPI figure includes housing cost inflation, so is the most appropriate measure in relation to the costs of our business and the services we provide.
