If you’re not following our Facebook page, you may not know that we’ve 80 new build homes coming our way over the next year.  So far, we’ve received eight family homes at Berry Walk in Elphinstone, with a further 20 expected before Christmas.

We’re also expecting to receive 52 new homes in Blindwells too.  These will be a mixture of one to four bedroom homes and two wheelchair adapted properties. The Developer will hand the properties over to us in stages, with the first nine homes expected around the end of October 2026.

We advertise and allocate all our new build homes through These Homes, the same way as all our relets.  We usually advertise new homes around six weeks before handover, giving successful applicants time to get organised for their move.
