East Lothian Housing Association - Management Committee Members
East Lothian Housing Association (elha) was established in 1988 and now has a stock of over 1,400 quality affordable properties for rent in towns and villages throughout the County.
We currently have a number of vacancies for Management Committee Members to join the organisation. As a new Management Committee Member, you will play a key part in supporting and enabling the ongoing growth of the organisation as a Registered Social Landlord, continuing to develop new homes, encouraging sustainable rural communities, addressing economic challenges and improving energy efficiency.
We pride ourselves on our progressive service provision and have been recognised for many years now across the UK for our sector leading digital services. We continue to break new ground in digitally enabling our tenants to access services from home, work or when on the move.
Within the elha Group, our subsidiary maintenance company, R3 Repairs Limited, has been trading since 2010. R3 currently provides maintenance services to ELHA and a number of other RSLs. R3 has now also established its R3 Commercial and R3 Direct private client trading arms.
R3 Direct, launched in June 2017 and is now trading in East Lothian, the Scottish Borders, Berwick-upon-Tweed and throughout the Lothians.
