Payment Options

Paying Your Rent

Your rent is due on the 1st of each month and should be paid in advance. If it is easier to pay weekly or fortnightly you can do so, but please speak to your Housing Officer or use our live help feature first.  If you have an arrangement to pay your rent later in the month, or spread over the month, this does not mean that your rent is not due until that date, it just means that we will not pursue you for the arrear.

You can pay your rent in the following ways:

On-line Payments/Internet Banking/Standing Order/Direct Debit

Please log into your My Home account to make an on-line card payment, or to set up an internet banking payment, a standing order or a direct debit.

allpay.net Payment Cards

We can send you an allpay.net card which can be used at any Post Office or shop displaying the Paypoint logo.

By Post

Cheques and Postal Orders can be sent in the post, but we would recommend that you use registered post as you would be responsible if a letter did not arrive at our office. Please make sure you put in a note with your name and address and tenant reference number. Please do not send cash in the post.

At Our Office

We can accept cash, cheques and card payments at our office.
