Registering with Homehunt
We advertise all our available properties through Homehunt. Before you can apply for advertised properties you must be registered with Homehunt. This applies to everyone, including people who already have a tenancy with us.
Please be aware that we have over 4,000 household registered for housing with us, and only 60 to 80 available properties per year.
To register, all you have to do is go to the homehunt website and register online. You will receive a Homehunt reference number, which you should make a note of, and you can apply for any priority passes you think you may qualify for. We can send you out a paper registration form to complete, but this takes much longer.
Once you have registered, we will check that your registration is complete and activate your account. We will also assess any applications for priority passes. Once this is done you can start to apply for properties. If you have chosen to manage your account online, you will receive an automatic e-mail letting you know that you can apply for properties, and the outcome of any priority pass applications you have made. You can choose to receive information by post, but this will take longer.
Note: we no longer advertise available properties in local newspapers. From 1 September 2018, we no longer provide an allocation service for Homes for Life Housing Partnership.
