Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Every three years we carry out a large survey of our tenants.  This is both a requirement for compliance with the Scottish Social Housing Charter, and an opportunity to identify any area of our business where we need to improve.

With the pandemic, the cost-of-living crisis and increasing fuel costs, we know what a difficult couple of years it has been and continues to be for many of our tenants. We have done our best to adapt and deliver key services to you, and we want to hear what you think about the services we provide and how these might be improved in the future. We have asked Knowledge Partnership, who are independent market researchers, to carry out this face to face survey on our behalf. 

Visits will be made Monday to Friday (10am to 8pm), Saturday 11am to 6pm, and Sunday 12pm to 5pm, and should take around 20 minutes. The surveys are anonymous, although you can choose to have the interviewer pass on requests for assistance, for example, if you need a medical adaption, or help to reduce energy bills.
