Repairs & Maintenance

Planned maintenance is still on hold, and we are only attending urgent and emergency repairs.  Tenants can still log routine repairs through their My Home account, but will not be able to book an appointment until the lockdown is over.  If you do have an urgent or emergency repair, please don’t put off calling the Repairs Line on 03000 999 247 – all the operatives who are covering the emergencies have personal protective equipment (PPE), and know how to use it to ensure everyone’s safety.

There are signs that the lockdown will start to be eased in the construction industry shortly, so we will let you know as soon as we are able to start doing routine repairs and planned maintenance again, along with any special measures we may need to take in the early stages of returning to normal.
