Planning the Future of Tenant Participation
2 Jul 2025
It’s that time again – we’re reviewing our Tenant Participation Strategy, and everyone is invited to take part.
What is Tenant Participation?
Tenant Participation is about tenants taking part in the decision-making process and influencing decisions about housing policies, housing conditions and housing related services.
Participation or "taking part" can mean different things to different people. It can range from getting information that is well presented and easily understood to becoming a member of the Board involved in the running of the Association.
Why should I get involved?
Getting involved means you can bring the tenant’s point of view to the table. There is no one more qualified to assess the impact of service development than the people who will be affected by those changes.
