Our 2026 Annual General Meeting

Our 39th AGM took place on 24 September 2026 at the Maitlandfield Hotel, Haddington. It was another successful year for us, with over £3.7 million invested in maintaining and improving tenants' homes, including new kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems and windows.
Chair, Brian Logan, highlighted the launch of the popular EZPAY automated payment service and revealed plans for further digital improvements, including a new Rent Collector Web service coming soon.
The AGM also welcomed one of our tenants, John Gordon, to the Board and thanked outgoing Board Member, Peter Ewart, for his outstanding contributions to ELHA over the past 15 years.
