Have Your Say – The Scottish Social Housing Charter
The Charter was introduced for all Scottish Social landlords (Council Housing, Housing Associations, Housing Co-Ops) in 2012 and sets out the standards and outcomes that we work towards. It’s also the basis for the performance reporting you can find on our P365 microsite on elha.com.
The Charter is due to be reviewed and so the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) and the Tenant Information Service (TIS) are hosting a series of events aimed at tenants, landlords and other interested parties to find out what you think. These events are around two hours and are held over Zoom. If you would like to get involved and take part in an event, you will need to book a place.
