Three years ago we were one of the first Housing Associations to acheive Gold accreditation with the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS), and we're happy to announce that we have completed the re-accreditation process and have retained our Gold award.
We would like to thank all the tenants who have taken part in any aspect of tenant participation, from survey returns to serving on the TIG-Panel. We could not have done this without our tenants and their willingness to engage with us.
