We hope this latest e-news finds you and your families well. It has been a challenging month for everyone, both staff and tenants have had to make adjustments to ‘the new normal’.
The recent investments in IT we have made have paid off. Other than two or three people working in our Head Office every day maintaining post and telephone services, most of our staff are working from home and we have been able to maintain all our core services.
There are some changes of course, particularly around repairs and allocations (see below), but we will continue to offer our extended opening hours for our online help service and 03000 999 247 repairs line for the time being. These are 8.30am to 4.30pm (4.00pm on Fridays).
For other enquiries, our 01620 825032 number is open 9.30am to 4.00pm every day, closed for lunch between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
My Home remains open 24/7 of course, and with over 75% of our tenants now using their My Home accounts, it remains the quickest and easiest way to access all our services.
