Coming Up – Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Every three years we carry out a Tenant Satisfaction Survey, where at least 50% of our tenants are interviewed to give us the best possible understanding of our tenant’s views.  It’s time for us to do this again with the first interviews starting in May. 

The survey will be carried out by an independent market research company, Research Resource, and your responses will be anonymous.  The survey is carried out face-to-face and should take around 20 minutes, and we urge you to take part if you are contacted.  Your feedback is invaluable and will help shape our future services – it will also form part of our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) a report that we are required to submit to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) each year.
